Set-Up Volunteers for Lima Event
Soliciting Team: Set-Up
Role Description:
• Pre Event: Setting up of chairs, plants, panels, billboards and general decoration of Main Hall and Lobby, according to plans already designed.
• Post Event: Take down of all materials on above point.
• Interaction and collaboration with Safety Team.
Required Skills and Experience
• Skillful and expert furniture handling capacity.
• Pro active and willing to team work.
• Personal responsibility.
• Role enthusiasm.
Duration and Required Times
• You will be required to show up on the eve of event to begin your assignment.
• Set up will be on-going from 9 a.m. ‘til 8 p.m.
• There will be meal and other convenient breaks.
• Take down will happen after last event.
Required Resources:
• Guarantee event attendance
• Pay own expenses of previous days and during the event.
Role Location: Role to be performed on probable Lima-Peru 2008 Event.
